LABOUR DECLARATION FORMS

The Project Implementation Unit (PIU), of the Dominica Emergency Agricultural Livelihoods and Climate Resilience Project “Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Fisheries, World Bank project, wishes to inform farmers participating in the project that their Labour Declaration Forms must only be signed by their Extension Officers and not by a Justice of the Peace or Notary Public as stated earlier.
