The recent success of the Grand Bay Primary School at the Grade Six National Assessment Examination was emphasized by the Parliamentary Representative for the Grand Bay Constituency Hon. Justina Charles.
The Grand Bay Primary School copped the number one position among 16 primary schools in the eastern district at this year’s Grade Six National Assessment.
Suffice to say, accolades were bestowed upon the grade six students by Mrs. Charles when she attended their school leaving and prize giving ceremony last week.
“I think the graduating class has made us proud in Grand Bay. Too often we hear negative things about Grand Bay. Today is a day for us to shine. To have emerged number 1 among 16 schools in the southern district is commendable.”
