Eighteen ministers were officially sworn in as the new cabinet of Dominica on Tuesday, December 17th 2019.

This follows the December 6th elections in which the Dominica Labour Party led by Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit won 18 out of the 21 seats.

The Cabinet of the Commonwealth of Dominica is as follows:

Honourable Roosevelt Skerrit - Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, Resilience, Economic Affairs, Investment, Planning, Sustainable Development, Telecommunications and Broadcasting

  1. Honourable Reginald Austrie - Senior Minister and Minister of Housing and Urban Development
  2. Honourable Rayburn Blackmore - Minister of National Security and Home Affairs
  3. Honourable Dr. Kenneth Darroux - Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business and Diaspora Relations
  4. Honorable Fidel Grant - Minister of Blue and Green Economy, Agriculture and National Food Security
  5. Honourable Denise Charles - Minister of Tourism, International Transport, and Maritime Initiatives
  6. Honourable Dr. Adis King - Minister of Youth Development and Empowerment, Youth at Risk, Gender Affairs, Seniors' Security, and Dominicans With Disabilities
  7. Honourable Ian Douglas - Minister of Trade, Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Business and Export Development
  8. Honourable Gretta Roberts - Minister of Governance, Public Service Reform, Citizen Empowerment, Social Justice and Ecclesiastical Affairs
  9. Honourable Cozier Frederick - Minister of the Environment, Rural Modernization and Kalinago Upliftment
  10. Honorable Dr. Irving McIntyre - Minister of Health, Wellness and New Health Investment
  11. Senator Honourable Cassani Laville - Minister of Public Works and the Digital Economy
  12. Honorable Roselyn Paul - Minister of Sports, Culture and Community Development
  13. Honourable Octavia Alfred - Minister of Education, Human Resource Planning, Vocational Training and National Excellence
  14. Senator Honourable Oscar George - Minister of State in the Office of the Prime Minister, with responsibility for Telecommunications and Broadcasting
  15. Senator Honorable Gregory “Karessah” Riviere - Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance, Economic Affairs and Planning
  16. Honourable Edward Registe - Minister of State in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business and Diaspora Relations, with Specific responsibility for Diaspora Relations
  17. Honourable Chekira Lockhart-Hypolite - Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, International Transport, and Maritime Initiatives, with special responsibility for Air and Sea Port Operations
  18. Honourable Kent Edwards - Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry Of Health, Wellness and New Health Investment, with particular responsibility for Community and Home Care
