The Electoral Office of Dominica officially announces the results from the Final Count conducted on December 7, 2019, following General Elections on December 6, 2019.
The following tallies represent the total votes cast for each candidate as well as the total number of rejected ballots, in all 21 constituencies, as determined by the Returning Officer for the respective constituency.
The list is presented alphabetically with the name of the winning candidate and the total number of votes cast for that candidate in bolded font.

Expressions of Gratitude
The Electoral Commission and the Electoral Office, take the opportunity to thank Returning Officers, Elections Clerks and all other elections officers, who served during the 2019 General Elections, for the high level of professionalism and dedication displayed in the execution of their duties on polling day.
Thanks and congratulations are also due to the Commonwealth of Dominica Police Force, for its commitment to duty and responsiveness to the demands of these elections, as well as the various departments of government who collaborated fully and readily provided assistance and services in the successful conduct of the elections.
The Electoral Commission and the Chief Elections Officer extend gratitude to the staff of the Electoral Office who must be commended for the determination, diligence, attention to detail and perseverance over several weeks.
The Dominican electorate is to be especially commended for the patience and patriotism displayed in the peaceful exercise of this most important of civic duties.
